UGA STAFF ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

The new Staff Annual Performance Evaluation Forms below are being piloted in Summer 2022 with a diverse group of academic, administrative and auxiliary units and staff with the goal of releasing to the University community in Fall 2023.  The next annual evaluation cycle for 2022 performance for full-time staff members will take place January-March 2023.  Use of the new evaluation form and process will be recommended to units at that time but will be optional for the initial year of implementation.

The new UGA Staff Annual Performance Evaluations consist of the following:

  •  5 items covering Core Competencies that apply to all staff members
  •  2 items covering Leadership Competencies that apply as applicable to a staff member's job duties and responsibilities
  • Additional Competencies can be added as appropriate for job duties and responsibilities not covered under the UGA Staff Competency Model
  •  Goal-Setting
  •  Development of a Professional Development Plan
