Human Resource practitioners looking for information on employing students and graduate students during the summer should refer the guidance in the links below.
Effective dates for changing student workers from 18T to 18C and vice versa are as follows. Please note that these changes should be made on the first day of the pay period to avoid mid-period changes:
*No change is necessary between Fall and Spring Semester or between Spring and Maymester if the student is enrolled for the next semester. |
