OneUSG Connect 6.3 Release: June 17, 2022

OneUSG Connect Release 6.32 is currently scheduled for Friday, June 17, 2022.

OneUSG Connect will be unavailable from 11:15 p.m., Friday, June 17 until 12 p.m., Saturday, June 18. For further details about this downtime and upcoming functionality, please see the Release 6.32 UAT Kick- Off Meeting and Functionality Review located here > UAT Dashboard.

Key changes and Enhancements:

New Payroll Lock Feature: Updates to certain data types will be locked while payroll is processing. Users will see a message indicating that the screens are locked for processing.

Personal Service Encumbrance Updates: Personal service encumbrances for FY22 will be zeroed out on June 29. The first personal service encumbrance calculation for FY23 will be July 19. The OneUSG Connect 6.32 release on June 17 will resolve the longstanding known issue of certain positions not encumbering properly!
