UGA JOURNEYS TRAINING

We have completed our performance-focused training sessions, UGA Journeys: Understanding Your Connection to the Staff Competency Model, UGA Journeys: Performance Management Best Practices for Supervisors, and UGA Journeys: Get to Know the New Performance Tool for Supervisors.  Information presented in these trainings can be found in the following resources: 

• Intro to UGA’s New Performance Process: An online course for general staff information relating to the new competencies. This is required for all of those who are eligible for evaluation in PEP. 

• Performance Evaluation Refresher for Supervisors: An online course that contains detailed performance information for supervisors. 

• UGA Staff Competency Model: Performance Management Rubric (PDF): An online pdf with all performance rubric descriptors. 

• How Will I Be Evaluated Webpage: An interactive online listing of the performance rubric descriptors.  

• Supervisor Resource for the Performance Process (PDF): An online quick guide of the Manager Performance Dashboard.
