Add a Recruitment Contact

This functionality allows Certified HR Practitioners to review and add a recruitment contact on non-faculty postings. This provides prospective and current applicants a direct point of contact who is familiar with the job posting within each unit, improving the experience for those with questions related to the job posting. 

The Initiator will be required to indicate who the recruitment contact is; however, it is the responsibility of the Certified HR Practitioner to validate this is correct. 

This feature allows for a greater candidate experience by connecting applicants with an individual (or individuals) within the department who can answer questions regarding:

  • Posting/position details​
  • Recruitment progression​
  • Application process​
  • Status updates​
  • Other key information

The recruitment contact listed in this section will be published on the UGAJobs applicant portal and will allow the department to be the first point of contact for their candidates, allowing for a positive, impactful candidate experience.  This individual should include the person(s) who are able to answer questions concerning this position or recruitment progression (i.e.; Search Committee Chair, Hiring Authority, HR Representative, etc.).
