Prediabetes and Diabetes Managment
More than 1 in 3 adults in the United States have prediabetes -- and 90% do not even
know they have it. Without making lifestyle changes, most people with prediabetes
will become diabetic within 5 years. There are free programs for reducing your risk
of prediabetes or managing diabetes if you already have it. If you complete 16+ weeks
of a weight managment, Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), or Diabetes Management Program,
you can earn $50 in well-being credit.
