Travis Jackson has been a member of the University Human Resources team since 2008, but has a total of 20 years of UGA experience. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Wellbeing which includes the areas of Benefits, Benefits Accounting, Learning & Development and Wellbeing. He has served in this role since 2013. Prior to this role, he was responsible for the creation and service delivery of the Financial Management and Education Center unit in University Human Resources. In this role, he helped counsel employees on their overall financial wellbeing. Prior to coming to University Human Resources, Travis was a financial advisor with AIG Valic providing services to UGA employees and retirees. Previous to that, he was the Head Golf Professional for the University of Georgia Golf Course. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.
