HR Administration & Compensation Senior Director
Russ Ramsey brings 20 years of human resources experience and has been with University Human Resources since 2005. Throughout his time at UGA, Russ has distinguished himself both within UHR and across the UGA community. Russ has worked in a variety of HR functions, equipping him with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of UGA’s organizational needs, particularly in the areas of systems and compensation. His experience and demeanor position him well for service and stewardship in this leadership role. University Human Resources is pleased to announce that Russ will serve as the new Senior Director for HR Administration and Compensation.
