Dr. Juanita Hicks first joined the University of Georgia in July 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resource management, including more than 10 years of executive leadership. Prior to her role at UGA, Juanita served as Vice Chancellor for Human Resources for the University System of Georgia. She also previously served as Deputy Director of Human Resources and Special Projects at Georgia Tech and as Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of West Georgia.
