Learning & Development Course Schedule Fall 2022

Professional development classes for UGA faculty and staff are now available for the 2022 fall semester (Aug, 17–Dec. 20) through University Human Resources Learning & Development (L&D). A full list of course offerings can be accessed via the newly launched Course Catalog.
The fall schedule includes virtual and in-person classes related to:
- Emergency Preparedness;
- Skill Fundamentals;
- Health and well-being;
- Supervisory skills;
- Certificate in Academic Advising;
- Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion;
- Global Certificate;
- Faculty Learning Series; and
- Other topics designed for your professional development.
Register for classes through the Professional Education Portal (PEP) at pep.uga.edu.
To see instructor-led training and professional development opportunities, either select direct course links or log in to PEP and navigate to the calendar view to search for specific courses.
After registering, links and instructions for participating in virtual classes will be emailed directly from Learning & Development (learnanddev@uga.edu) at least one day before your class begins.
In addition to the fall schedule of instructor-led training, PEP also offers a catalog
with hundreds of free online courses. You can search by course title, keyword or subject. Learning
opportunities related to specific UGA competencies can be found in PEP playlists and
by searching the PEP catalog and filtering by subject.
This curated catalog of professional development and learning opportunities is aligned
with the UGA Staff Competency Model. For more information on learning opportunities
