Please note, the Background Investigation Policy (PDF) was updated effective March 1, 2024. As of this date, UGA is requiring all temporary workers to have a background investigation run / on file (UGA Policy). Please be mindful of when you submit a new position or reclassification for a student to temp that they may need to consent to a background investigation if one is not on file for the appropriate time frame.
