Student Employee Summer Work Scenarios Graduate Assistant Summer Work Scenarios

Effective dates for changing student workers from 18T to 18C and vice versa are as follows. Please note that these changes should be made on the first day of the pay period to avoid mid-period changes:

Summer Semester 2026: 5/10/2026	The last day of Spring Semester is 5/8/2026 so we use the start of the pay period with most days as 18T/18C.
Fall Semester 2026: 8/16/2026	The first day of classes for Fall Semester is 8/17/2026 so we use the start of the pay period with the most days as 18T/18C.
Spring Semester 2027: 1/17/2027	The first day of classes for Spring Semester is 1/11/2027 so we use the start of the pay period with the most days as 18T/18C.

*No change is necessary between Fall and Spring Semester or between Spring and Maymester if the student is enrolled for the next semester.
