SUMMARY
This is responsible supervisory editorial work in coordinating a publications program. An employee in this class is responsible for designing publications, allocating work flow, and setting project deadlines. Work also involves checking and approving various phases of books, newsletters, and other publications. Duties are performed independently and are reviewed through observation of results. |

EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in journalism or English and considerable experience in writing or editing a variety of publications; or any equivalent combination of training and experience. |
