SUMMARY

Assists the Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Operations with supervising and coordinating ticket sales and the distribution of tickets and parking passes for athletic events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates printing and distribution of all season and single game tickets.

Coordinates printing and distribution of all parking passes.

Coordinates game-day management in regards to tickets and parking.

Supervises ticket office staff.

Works with GSEF in contribution/ticket eligibility procedures.

Complies financial data relating to ticket revenue, game settlements and audits.

Handles compliance regarding tickets and NCAA rules.

Supervises special admission gates that handle special ticket cases under NCAA rules
