DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Prepare and sent out generic proposals to clients. Research prospective clients and provide that information to the sales professionals so that they can be better prepared for sales visits and calls. Enter data into the booking opportunities chart and attend the booking daily meeting. Put together promotional packages for sales professionals for visits. Makes phone calls to prospective clients and qualify whether or not they should be contacted by a sales professional. Enter data and run reports with the sales ACT database. Enter booked conferences into the Georgia Center event management system Shadows Sales Professionals occasionally.

Performs related work as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Four year college degree preferred; Associate degree required. Previous experience in sales preferred.
